Return and Exchange Policy
- If you wish to make a return, we must receive your request within 30 days from the ship date.
- W&O accepts return requests for items that are unused and in original condition.
- If you received an item that is defective, was damaged during shipping or W&O sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work quickly to exchange these items.
- The return process can be initiated through your account under orders or by contacting us through email.
- To cancel an order, please contact us prior to shipment if possible.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund to your original method of payment.
- If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back and process them at our warehouse.
- After you’ve submitted a return request, we will send you a PDF of your UPS return shipping label. Please print it out, affix to your package and drop off at your local UPS.
- You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our QA department will review.
- Upon approval, the order amount minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded to your original method of payment. We will work quickly to get your refund back to you. This process can take between 2 and 3 weeks.
