We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the return process as easy as possible.  Here are a few things you should know:

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. If you wish to make a return, we must receive your request within 30 days from the ship date.
  2. W&O accepts return requests for items that are unused and in original condition.
  3. If you received an item that is defective, was damaged during shipping or W&O sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work quickly to exchange these items.
  4. The return process can be initiated through your account under orders or by contacting us through email.

Canceling Order

  1. To cancel an order, please contact us prior to shipment if possible.
  2. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund to your original method of payment.
  3. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back and process them at our warehouse.

Return Shipping

  1. After you’ve submitted a return request, we will send you a PDF of your UPS return shipping label. Please print it out, affix to your package and drop off at your local UPS.
  2. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item(s), our QA department will review.
  2. Upon approval, the order amount minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded to your original method of payment. We will work quickly to get your refund back to you. This process can take between 2 and 3 weeks.
